Cut-to-Length Service
We convert stainless coil or sheet into plates at your required length, ready to feed straight into your production line.

Cut-to-Length
Plates cut to size, no extra handling
We process stainless sheets from 2 mm to 12 mm on our cut-to-length line and deliver them in plate format, ready for direct use in production.
By managing uncoiling, levelling and dimensional control together, we produce repeatable plates at your target size, so material preparation before laser cutting or bending no longer costs you time.
Production Process
From coil to plate in six steps
- 01
Material intake
Coils are checked for grade, thickness and surface before entering the line.
- 02
Uncoiling
The coil is opened in a controlled way to protect the surface.
- 03
Levelling
Straightening rolls give the sheet its flatness.
- 04
Measure and cut
The target length is set and every cut is dimensionally checked.
- 05
Stacking and packing
Plates are palletised, with PVC, laser PVC (LPVC) or fiber laser PVC (FPVC) coating on request.
- 06
Shipping
Batch labelling and dispatch in line with your schedule.
