Which grade should I choose for coil?

Grade 304 is the common choice for general use. In environments with heavy chemical exposure, choose 316 / 316L.

How are plate thickness and size chosen?

We determine the thickness and size combination from your drawing, taking the application, the load and the production process into account.

What thickness range can you cut to length?

Our cut-to-length line processes stainless sheet from 2 mm to 12 mm with stable tolerances. Plates are delivered palletised and ready to ship.

What is your maximum bending length and tonnage?

8 metres and 1400 tons. Our technical team plans the tooling combination and bend sequence for each part geometry.

How do you control burr when laser cutting thick stainless?

We optimise cutting parameters for the material thickness to reduce heat input and burr. Parts can be labelled and kitted for shipment per project.

Do you supply project-specific sizes?

Yes. Beyond standard sizes we plan supply to your required dimensions, grade and finish, and can deliver as coil, slit coil or cut-to-length.
